Just today I moved back into my parents house in Kearney (long story).
I'd been back for approximately three hours & already drama & rumors were surrounding me.
A few months to a year or so ago I wouldn't have cared in the least. Then again, I was different, my friends were different, their friends were different, fuck, hardly anything is the same anymore.

I just want to be with you, in your arms; my comfort zone, my safe haven.
These next few weeks will be a struggle, but atleast I have something to look forward to; a place for us to call home.

I've somehow managed to disappear from the human race yet again.
I feel like I've lost so many friendships within the past few weeks, it's awful & completely by my doing.

A fresh start needs to work it's way into my life & soon.

On a different note,
work is going pretty well.
My fellow employees aren't the greatest, but I'm making some much needed cash.

Birthday - June 5th, just sayin'.

I returned to my home in Kearney today, boy was that interesting.

It's weird to say, but I'm not quite as homesick as I really thought I was.
I mean, of course it was great seeing everyone, but all they could say was "move back to Kearney."
Now, I'm not saying that's at all a terrible thing to say, it means a lot that they want me back.
It's merely the fact that every time someone echoed that same thing, all I could think about was how happy I was to be out of there.
I missed my friends, I love them all so very much, but Kearney isn't the place for me.

A little sidenote:
My old manager might hook me up with a job, yeah!

Wasps

Today was another lovely day, so Taylor & I thought it'd be a good day to run a few quick errands & drive around with the windows down & jam out. We were completely unprepared for what was to come next...
Wasp makes appearance.
We scream.
Wasp buzzes about.
We scream more.
Wasp plays peek-a-boo.
We scream even more.
We make a pit stop at Walmart to recover.
We return to the car to find the wasp still hanging out.
We try many different things to kick that fella out (we screamed throughout the process).
Finally, the wasp leaves, or so we think, & we drive home.

The entire ordeal lasted approximately 3 hours.

Fuck wasps.

A little off subject, but why can't my roommate & I be funny when other people are actually around?
Example:
"He's probably feeding off all the crap in my car."
"It's just like those oscar fish; the bigger the tank, the bigger they get."
"Good thing I don't drive a mini van!"

We decided to drive thru McDonald's for a quick, artery-clogging snack
& when we pulled up to the window let's just say the lady working there wasn't the most friendly of people.

"What poor customer service, I expected much more from this particular McDonald's."
"I literally just watched that lady spit in my food."
"How does the McDonald's corporation expect me to sleep tonight?"
"She put a fry between her boobs & made me eat it."
"Now that's what I call a milk shake."
"Supersized!"
"What a motor-boating son of a bitch!"
"She touched my woo woo."
"How do they expect me to go on with my life?"

That doesn't even begin to cover what was said on the way home.
I guess you could say we take things too far, but we don't care.

My roommate, Taylor, and I have been obsessed with sticky notes lately. Why? Merely because we're idiots and, well, if you have two idiots living under one roof a lot of silly things are spoken and we're idiotic enough to save them for the entire world, or atleast whoever visits our apartment, to see. They vary from "witchabitchass anyahangythang" to "velveeta is the bomb like tick, tick." Oh and my personal favorite, "I heart amputated strippers.">

Now, on a more serious note, I wish you luck on your first day of school tomorrow and hope the test goes well.
